Dolni Brezany's new town centre offers its future residents more than just a place to sleep away from the bustle of Prague; it provides its future residents a fully integrated style of living, with access to a full spectrum of commercial services and a well cultivated series of public parks. Location
Dolni Brezany is situated just beyond the southern border of Prague, across the Vltava River and the Zavodu Miru Bridge from Zbraslav (Prague 5) and near Kunratice (Prague 4). It is one of the few towns within the region of Greater Prague which has a special history and aparticular genius loci of its own. The town lies within the Brezanske Valley on the Vltava River, and it is nestled between the Stred Cech nature park and the wilder Sance nature preserve, where one can find reminders of the region's Celtic heritage.

Standards
Inspired by both classical tradition and contemporary design principles, the Project's architecture evokes a friendliness and elegance that bring life to the new town square and gives Dolni Brezany a distinctive character. Brick, glass, wood, and copper have been blended in a brightly rendered composition which has been embellished with terraces and balconies that are specially designed to accommodate evergreens and flowering plants. Taken together, these building materials, green balconies, each apartment's open view to the square, the park and its lakes, and each building's convenient connection to nature give the architecture a special humanity. Protected, underground parking for residents is provided below or adjacent to each building.
