Residence Čimice offers 32 upmarket studios in a completely reconstructed 4 stories panel building built in the year 1986. The thorough renovation of the building includes thermal isolation, new facade, chase of windows with plastic double glazing ones, completely new water and gas piping and electricity nets, modernisation of the communal areas and construction of new entrance corridor from the Čimická st. The building is located in Prague 8 Čimice, Vánkova st., by the street Čimická between family houses on one side and panel buildings on the other. The building is standing on the border of newly planned residential project.
Except of this project the whole residential area is stabilized, and is neighbouring with a protected natural reservation called Draháňská hollow with great possibilities of leisure and walks.
